Guest Services offers resources for a smooth arrival, stay and departure from Seattle Children’s. Our staff will partner with you to help make coming and leaving the hospital less stressful. We are here to assist you with your plans so you can focus on your child’s care.

Services We Provide

We provide information on places to stay while your child is a patient at Seattle Children’s.
Transportation on our Guest Services shuttle. We can take you to and from Sea-Tac Airport, Boeing Field, the Greyhound bus station, the Amtrak train station (King Street Station) or Seattle ferry terminals with at least one business day notice.
