Guest Services can help arrange a place to stay and transportation, and provide other neighborhood and other resources for your visit.

With basic needs during your stay
In the Family Resource Center, find health information, take a shower, do laundry, enjoy a quiet moment in our family lounge or use the Internet to stay connected.

Access additional resources
Get information on food, housing, transportation and financial assistance resources at Seattle Children’s and in the community.

Helping your child cope
Child Life works directly with you and your child to help them relieve tension, express concerns and fears and feel more in control about their visit.

Provide spiritual, emotional, financial and interpreter support
Spiritual Care provides crisis and spiritual support, and serves all faith traditions and cultures. Social Work has skilled counselors who get resources for your family during your visit. Interpreter Services provides free interpreters for Deaf and hard-of-hearing and non–English-speaking families.

Billing and Financial Assistance can answer questions about your bill and how to get help paying it. You can also pay your bill online or apply for financial assistance.
