- Analyze current evidence supporting early allergen introduction and other strategies for prevention of food allergy in infants and young children.
- Differentiate evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and evaluation of food allergy from practices that may lead to overdiagnosis or unnecessary dietary restriction.
