- Evaluate the current evidence describing racial and ethnic disparities in pediatric sepsis recognition, care delivery and outcomes.
- Assess the role of quality improvement (QI) methods in advancing pediatric health equity.
- Examine how QI initiatives can either reduce or exacerbate disparities.
