What is the goal of the study?

This is a multi-center prospective cohort study for children who have received a liver transplant. Subjects will be asked to complete a questionnaire (PeLTQL) prior to each transplant clinic visit. Completion of the questionnaire will be done via internet or smartphone interface. Data will be exracted from the medical record for clinical and outcome correlates.
