SC-9018 Illuminate: A Phase 2 Pivotal Study of BCB-276, a B7-H3-Specific CAR T Cell Locoregional Immunotherapy for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma
SC-9018 Illuminate
What is the goal of the study?
SC-9018 Illuminate study is a phase 2 pivotal efficacy study evaluating whether intraventricular administration of BCB-276, an autologous B7-H3-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, improves overall survival in children and young adults with newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG). Following radiation therapy, study treatment consists of BCB-276 CAR-T cell therapy given by injection through an implanted ventricular reservoir into the cerebrospinal fluid. Participants may receive treatments every two weeks for up to 15 doses, or approximately 30 weeks.
