What is the goal of the study?

This will be a two-part study: a Target validation (TV) phase and an efficacy phase, to determine the pharmacodynamic effects and efficacy of single agent oral metformin in participants (1-39 years) with recurrent or progressive PFA ependymoma of surgery or at the time of further progression on study.
