Establishing Translational Approaches to Evaluate the Role of Fibroblast Growth Receptor 2 in Tracheal Patterning and Development

What is the goal of the study?

The objective of this project is to establish a biorepository from patients with Fibroblast Growth Receptor (FGFR) Syndromes. We will collect tissues samples (bone,cartilage) discarded from open surgical procedures and nasal and tracheobronical brushings will be collected intraoperatively. The creation of the biorepository will require samples from FGFR patients and healthy patients.
