- Take I-405 South to the NE 124th Street exit (20).
- Turn right onto NE 124th Street.
- Turn right onto 11th Avenue NE.
- Turn right onto 128th Street.
- Turn left at Totem Lake Boulevard and then take the first right into the entrance.
- The entrance to the parking garage will be located at the back of the building on the right.
- Take I-405 North to the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard exit (20B).
- Stay to the right and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard exit.
- Stay in one of the two left lanes to turn left onto Totem Lake Boulevard.
- Proceed on Totem Lake Boulevard to NE 128th Street.
- Go past the light and take the first right into the entrance.
- The entrance to the parking garage will be located at the back of the building on the right.
- Take I-90 East to exit 10A to merge onto I-405 N toward Everett.
- Take I-405 North to the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard exit (20B).
- Stay to the right and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard exit.
- Stay in one of the two left lanes to turn left onto Totem Lake Boulevard.
- Proceed on Totem Lake Boulevard to NE 128th Street.
- Go past the light then take the first right into the entrance.
- The entrance to the parking garage will be located at the back of the building on the right.
- Take WA-520 East to I-405.
- Use the two right lanes to exit WA-520 East and then keep left to merge onto I-405 N toward Everett.
- Take I-405 North to the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard exit (20B).
- Stay to the right and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard exit.
- Stay in one of the two left lanes to turn left onto Totem Lake Boulevard.
- Proceed on Totem Lake Boulevard to NE 128th Street.
- Go past the light then take the first right into the entrance.
- The entrance to the parking garage will be located at the back of the building on the right.
Seattle Children’s Kirkland Orthopedics Clinic is located in the Evergreen Health Plaza on the corner of Totem Lake Boulevard NE and NE 128th Street. Free parking is available in the parking garage next to the building.
Once in the lobby, the elevators are down the hallway on the right. Take the elevators to the 3rd floor.
