"I love clinical care and the continuity my general outpatient cardiology practice offers. Nothing is better than watching a child grow up and develop into a thriving teenager! I practice pediatric cardiology with young adults in mind. I want each and every one of my patients to grow up to be a healthy, thriving adult. I encourage my patients to fall in love with being active. I promote physical activity and sports participation - from playing in the yard to playing on a varsity baseball, golf or soccer team. The benefits of leading a physically active lifestyle are numerous and kids with congenital heart disease need to play. Supporting their safe participation is one of my driving goals. In addition to asking my patients about physical activity, I love hearing what they are reading. Some of my favorite books and series have been recommended by my patients! "
