  • Biography

    Dr. Georgia Griffin grew up in Vermont. She attended Stanford University for college where she ran cross-country and track. She attended Darmouth Medical School, followed by Pediatrics Residency at Seattle Children's, and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Washington.

    Dr. Griffin is a sports medicine physician at Seattle Children's Hospital and primary care pediatrician at Odessa Brown Children's Clinic. She is also a faculty lead of the Resident Education & Advocacy in Child Health (REACH) program at Seattle Children's Hospital, where she mentors residents and partners with community organizations in Toppenish, Washington.

    Dr. Griffin is passionate about providing high quality care to diverse and underrepresented communities, improving access to active lifestyles, and supporting community-driven programming to increase health equity. Her clinical interests include all musculoskeletal conditions affecting activity, fracture care, developmental hip dysplasia, promotion of physical activity in children and adolescents, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

    In her free time, she loves to run and spend time in the mountains, garden with her partner, paint, cook/bake for people, and work on her Spanish.
