Biography
Chris Tremonti, PA-C is an advanced practice provider and APP Education Lead with the Orthopedics Department.Â
Chris Tremonti completed his training at Boston University School of Medicine’s PA program. Prior to working at Seattle Children’s, he provided critical access pediatric primary and pediatric urgent care in rural Washington. Initially trained as a peds ortho generalist, Chris has undergone additional education and training in recognition of pediatric hip pathology with Dr. Todd Blumberg, helping to develop the hip preservation program at Seattle Children’s. He has also undergone additional training in limb deformity, Ponseti technique, and foot/ankle pathology with Dr. Vincent Mosca. Chris has a special interest in hip dysplasia, adolescent hip pathology, clubfoot, vertical talus, congenital limb deformities, arthrogryposis, and especially distraction osteogenesis as a means for limb lengthening and deformity correction. He has attended the Limb Deformity Course at the International Center for Limb Lengthening in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, Chris partners with Dr. Mike Tretiakov as the lead PA for Seattle Children’s Limb Deformity Program, and is the orthopedic liaison for the Charcot Marie Tooth Center at Seattle Children’s hospital.

Chris is a strong advocate for Advanced Practice Providers in hospital leadership. He is active within Seattle Children’s Hospital as the Orthopedic APP education lead, and sits on the Medical Executive Committee as a Member At Large and APP Leadership Council. Mr. Tremonti frequently speaks at conferences locally and nationally, and is volunteer clinical faculty for UW’s MEDEX PA program. He is involved as faculty in the Armstrong Children’s Orthopedic Alliance Pediatric Orthopedic APP Masterclass program. Additionally, he is academic faculty for the annual International Pediatric Orthopedic Symposium, and is an active board member in the Pediatric Orthopedic Practitioner Society (POPS).Â
In his free time, Chris loves to rock climb, hike, and is involved in martial arts.Â
