SC-N180: PROSPECTIVE EVALUATION OF DELAYED EFFECTS OF PEDIATRIC CAR T CELL THERAPY (PROSPER)
SC-N180: PROSPER
What is the goal of the study?
Clinical utilization of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy has been one of the most important advances in pediatric cancer therapy; however, there is little known about the longer-term side effects of this novel immunotherapy. This pilot trial seeks to prospectively capture side effects of CAR T cell therapy across novel constructs and oncologic diagnoses between 3 months and 2 years following CAR T cell infusion. The primary objectives will focus on the incidence of and risk factors for bone marrow dysfunction, infections, and neurotoxicity in participants with B-ALL at 3- and 6-months post infusion. Additional aims will seek to capture longitudinal outcomes to establish a foundation for monitoring of late effects following CAR T cell therapy.
