What is the goal of the study?
This multicenter study will implement an observational protocol which will include distribution of anFDA approved Zephyrx home spirometers to study participants with routine coaching by study coordinators, supported by Spirometry 360 with expertise in overreading and analysis of pulmonary function testing. Home spirometry measures will be compared with clinic measures. This study aims to establish the feasibility of use of home spirometry and the reliability of home versus clinic spirometry for potential use in future clinical trials.
