UCDC Liver Study

What is the goal of the study?

Primary Study Objective: To assess risk for increased fibrosis using serum biomarkers and/or patented vibration-controlled transient elastography technology (VCTE using Fibroscan®) in distal disorders (argininosuccinate synthetase deficiency or ASS1D, argininosuccinate lyase deficiency or ASLD, and arginase deficiency or ARG1D) as compared to ornithine transcarbamylase deficiency (OTCD)
