NANT 2021-01: PHASE II STUDY OF EX-VIVO EXPANDED ALLOGENEIC UNIVERSAL DONOR TGFβi NK CELL INFUSIONS IN COMBINATION WITH TEMOZOLOMIDE, IRINOTECAN, DINUTUXIMAB, AND SARGRAMOSTIM IN PATIENTS WITH RELAPSED OR REFRACTORY NEUROBLASTOMA
NANT 2021-01
What is the goal of the study?
PRIMARY AIM: To determine the overall response rate of all evaluable patients with relapsed/refractory high-risk neuroblastoma when treated with chemoimmunotherapy (temozolomide, irinotecan, and dinutuximab) plus UD TGFβi NK cells. SECONDARY AIM: To describe the toxicities of UD TGFβi NK cells when administered in combination with temozolomide, irinotecan and dinutuximab in patients with relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma.
