InvesT1D: A financial incentives program study in adolescents with type 1 diabetes
InvesT1D Full-Scale RCT
What is the goal of the study?
Evaluate InvesT1D's efficacy for improving adolescent clinical, behavioral, and quality of life outcomes in a full-scale randomized controlled trial.
Who can participate in the study?
Patients between the ages of 12-18 years old who have been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year, use a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), and who are using diabetes technology that allows for tracking of bolus insulin administration (pump/InPen). Participants must have a baseline average insulin bolus administration of less than or equal to 3 times per day. All participants must have a parent/guardian willing to enroll in the study with them and complete research activities.
