What is the goal of the study?

Patients with primary ciliary dyskinesia have chronic respiratory symptoms with variability at baseline health and intermittent worsening of symptoms which require treatment. This multicenter observational study in patients with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) will assess candidate clinical trial endpoint such as patient reported outcomes (PROs), home spirometry, home sputum collection and cough monitoring to evaluate change from well to sick state and to determine feasibility for use in future clinical trials in this population.
