FEAT Registry

What is the goal of the study?

This study is a multi-center, prospective registry of fetuses diagnosed with EA/TVD. Aim 1. To evaluate pregnancy course, perinatal and neonatal management among fetuses diagnosed with EA/TVD and to determine factors and strategies associated with survival to live-birth and survival to neonatal hospital discharge. Aim 2. To explore the impact of fetal NSAIDs on circulatory physiology, survival, and neurodevelopmental outcome. Aim 3. To understand long-term outcomes of fetuses diagnosed with EA/TVD throughout the lifespan, including survival, re-intervention, comorbidities, quality of life, and neurodevelopmental outcome.
