How to Return Your Child’s Home Medical Equipment (HME)
You can return your rented medical equipment to the Home Care Services office. If you are not able to, we will coordinate a pick-up time with you.
When do I return my child’s equipment?
When you are ready to return your equipment, call us 425-482-4000 or toll-free at 800-888-4429 and let the operator know what type of equipment you want to return.

What is “convert to purchase?”
Every insurance company is different, but if you rent certain kinds of home medical equipment for an extended time (usually about 12 months), eventually you will own it. This is called “convert to purchase.”. If you have questions, including warranty and service questions, contact us at 425-482-4000 and we will help you.
Can we return supplies or equipment that we own if we no longer need them?
If you own equipment or supplies that you no longer need, please do not return them to us. We are not able to accept equipment or supplies that you own and cannot use them for other families. There may be some organizations in your community that can accept donated medical supplies or equipment.
