Monique Radman, MD, MAS is an Assistant Professor and attending physician in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Seattle Children's Hospital. Prior to joining the SCH faculty in 2015, she completed a critical care fellowship at the UCSF/Children's Hospital Oakland combined program and her Masters of Advanced Studies in Clinical Research, also at UCSF. Under the mentorship of Dr. Jeff Fineman, she designed and executed clinical studies investigating the impact of nutritional status on patient outcomes in the CICU. She also studied the association between B-type Natriuretic Peptide and outcomes among Fontan patients. Beyond clinical care, her main interest is in clinical research related to nutrition, primarily among the single ventricle population.

Dr. Radman was our lead physician for the two months our daughter was in the CICU. For our entire stay she did excellent work coordinating Amelia's care and keeping us involved in the conversation. We'd recommend her to anyone, unreservedly, and appreciated everything she did enormously.

Dr. Radman took care of our daughter for over two months in the Cardiac ICU. There were many scary and stressful days as we waited for a heart surgery. Dr. Radman was always so kind to us and took such great care of our daughter. We always had the feeling that she really cared. Which is so important in an ICU setting.
