My daughter and I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Graves at the urgent care tonight! My 9 y/o came home telling me how much kind and sweet he attended her! She was amazed that he cared about the book she was reading, which shows the level of kindness he treats his patients!

I have honestly never had such a positive urgent care visit and we have had many. My son actually left thinking he may want to pursue medicine because of how much he enjoyed his interaction with Dr. Graves. That is saying alot for my 16 y/o who has spent many hours with Dr's and never had that response.

I have never met an emergency pediatrician/ doctor so personable and so genuine. Anytime we are in urgent care, staff, doctors, and nurses always seem over worked and just ready to be done attitude, understandably. But as parents when we walk in, we are eager and impatient and scared for our kids. We walked into a very busy evening where they had to open up a desperate room 1 doctor (Dr. Graves) treating 4 patients at a time in that room in which he was in there the whole time diagnosing patient after patient. 1 after another trickling in and out. I can’t even imagine how stressful that can be but, he was exceptional. I wish I could have bought him a cup of coffee or helped in some way. So encouraging and grateful to see how hard doctors work with a positive and genuine attitude. We noticed you, and so grateful for you. Not once did I see him look over stressed or annoyed or irritated. I can’t express in words the gratitude we felt. Thank you so so much!
