"The connection between nutrition and health is my passion. I was drawn to caring for children with intestinal failure by the challenges they face getting the nutrition they need to survive and thrive. Restoring a child's intestinal function is a long and intense journey. Once a child goes home from the hospital, parents are often overwhelmed by the care their child needs to continue making progress. I love helping them from start to finish. They become part of our family in the intestinal rehabilitation program and we become part of theirs. When a child can finally digest their food and absorb nutrients like other children, we all celebrate."

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED THIS WOMAN. She is nasty, mean, and just screams at the parent as well as the child. What a B I T C H!

I would not recommend Dr. Wendel. We had two doctors prior to her that diagonsed our baby with GERD. She was not helpful at all, even though we explained all our problems and symtpoms, but said everything opposite of what our other two doctors thought. I feel like she acted we were wasting her time. She also said we should take the baby off the medicine because she thinks babies and children don't mind pain! I was shocked.

AWEFUL DOCTOR!!! Arrogant and nasty! DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE TO PUT THEIR PRECIOUS CHILD WITH THIS BAG OF POOP!!!!!!! Was screaming at us the whole time, trying to get her arrogant point across.

This doctor is the most rude, arrogant, loud and obnoxious doctor I have EVER met. I DO NOT recommend to ANYONE with a chronically ill child. She is belligerent and overwhelmingly rude. She will talk over you, as if her words/voice is more important then the parents or your child's. I have been to A LOT of doctors, and she is BY FAR the worst I have ever seen. Please do me the favor of NEVER going to her, and if you are already with her, then CHANGE!!!! I honestly, no exaggeration do not know how this "doctor" got out of medical school. I DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR YOUR PRECIOUS CHILD!!!!!
