Refer a Patient
How to Refer a Patient
To inquire about the status of a referral, please call Clinical Intake Coordinators at 206-987-2080, option 1.
Appointment availability
Updated August 2025
We are accepting new referrals. A referral is required to receive occupational therapy services in our clinics.
Please note that we are not accepting referrals for the specific treatment of sensory integration or autism. Our clinics were designed in a medical model and are not well suited for the provision of sensory-based treatment and evaluations. There are many sensory clinics in the greater Seattle area that are designed specifically for this purpose; we would be happy to provide you with a list of these clinics if your patient’s needs are primarily of a sensory nature.
Referral requirements
Please submit a referral that is complete. This helps us schedule your patient’s appointment in a timely manner and ensure their first visit is smooth and productive.
We may not schedule patients until a complete referral is received.
