New faculty are to be identified and communicated to NPPDI no less than one month prior to the first day on campus. The school will identify and communicate to NPPDI which faculty are teaching on which unit no less than two weeks prior to the beginning of the term.
To onboard new or returning faculty, the school will complete the red-titled columns on the upload sheet (XLSX) and forward to Seattle Children's Nursing Schools. As part of the onboarding process, after receiving confirmation of Vendor-Clinical status, faculty are to contact the Employee Service Center at 206-987-1020 to set up a time to obtain a faculty badge and receive their transportation assignment. (Note: For faculty who are not on-boarded yet or not active within the last 6 months, they are required to go through RedCarpet. They will receive RedCarpet welcome email and complete the required tasks. After that, they can contact Employee Service Center at 206-987-1020 to set up a time to obtain a faculty badge and receive their transportation assignment.)
