Seattle Children's Research Institute operates on a business philosophy that promotes strategic decision-making and fiscal responsibility. Our institute is guided by this philosophy, using research business metrics to clarify all decision-making.
The Office of Research Finance (ORF) supports and facilitates research activity by providing financial administration for the Research Institute. Our role includes:
- Fiscal monitoring of grant and contract awards
- Reporting to governmental and non-governmental entities
- Manage monetary functions to support the awards
- Provide metrics and data to leadership for decision making
- Coordinate annual Single Audit
