What is the goal of the study?

To improve clinical and surgical outcomes for patients with scoliosis and cerebral palsy who are undergoing a spinal fusion procedure, a surgery which helps correct scoliosis. This study compares our institution's outcomes with those of other participating centers, all member sites of the internationally recognized Harms Study Group (named after its co-founder, surgeon Jürgen Harms). We aim to examine parent reported quality of life, effectiveness of various surgical techniques, outcomes measured from X-Rays, and more.
