FH9880: Multi-center phase II randomized controlled trial of naïve T cell depletion for prevention of chronic graft-versus-host disease in children and young adults

What is the goal of the study?

This is a multi-center, Phase II randomized controlled trial (RCT) comparing outcomes in pediatric and young adult patients receiving allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) using either naïve T cell (TN)-depleted peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) or unmanipulated T cell-replete bone marrow (BM). An initial feasibility phase will precede the RCT.
