What is the goal of the study?
This is a drug trial of Upadacitinib. The goal is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics, safety, and tolerability of multiple doses of upadacitinib in pediatric subjects with pcJIA. to evaluate the platability of upadacitinib oral solution in pediatric subjects. And to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of multiple doses of upadacitinib in pediatric subjects with pcJIA.
