What is the goal of the study?

Cancer-related anxiety is the most prevalent mental health problem impacting one-third of AYA cancer survivors. Identification and management of anxiety are important goals for follow-up care of AYA cancer survivors. Attention bias modification (ABM) is emerging as a potential digital intervention for anxiety. This is a pilot study with three complementary aims: Aim 1. Characterize attention bias in AYA cancer survivors. Aim 2. Determine relationships between attention bias and anxiety, distress, pain, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL). Aim 3. Evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of ABM for AYA cancer survivors.
