A US Multi-center, Prospective, Non-interventional, Long-term, Effectiveness and Safety Study of Patients Treated with SKYTROFA (lonapegsomatropin-tcgd) (SkybriGHt)

ASND 0037 SkybriGHt

What is the goal of the study?

This prospective, non-interventional, long-term, safety and effectiveness study of patients treated with SKYTROFA (lonapegsomatropin) will seek to further assess the clinical outcomes of real-life treatment. Long-term follow-up data on the effectiveness and safety will provide insights into the contemporary treatment of specific endocrine patient populations, with respect to demographic, disease, and patient characteristics such as age, sex, pubertal status, and diagnoses. The long-term and prospective nature of the study allows the analysis of longitudinal data with regard to outcomes and for the possibility of benchmarking and time-trend assessments to evaluate the quality of treatment including GH treatment patterns, treatment adherence and persistence. The prospective collection of clinical outcomes, economic outcomes, and patient reported outcomes (PROs) will provide robust data to evaluate important clinical characteristics of patients at baseline, short- and long-term effectiveness, real-world GH treatment patterns, clinical outcomes assessments (COAs), and safety outcomes.
