What is the goal of the study?

This is a drug study that will examine 1) The safety and tolerability of isavuconazonium sulfate in pediatric subjects, 2) The efficacy of isavuconazonium sulfate for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis (IA) or invasive mucormycosis (IM) in pediatric subjects, and 3) Evaluate the pharmacokinetics of isavuconazole by monitoring the plasma concentrations in pediatric subjects during treatment with isavuconazonium sulfate.
