Registrations will be accepted in the order received. Space is limited. The conference fee includes instructional materials; CME credit or certificate of attendance; catering; and parking validation for the Bell Street Pier Garage.

Two-day conference, July 17 to 18

  • General rate
    • Early bird registration through June 7, 2026 — $300 
    • Regular registration fee staring June 8, 2026  — $350 
    • Students, trainees, Seattle Children’s staff — $250

All participants must register by July 3, 2026. There will be no on-site registration. 

Cancellation policy

You may cancel registration through July 3, 2026, and receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after July 3.
