Virtual visits require a MyChart account because it helps us protect your privacy and ensure that you can access your appointment and appropriate paperwork in a secure way. Go to the Telemedicine page to learn more about telehealth visits.

What is happening to MySeattleChildrens?
In October, we will combine our patient online services into one portal, MyChart. This means that MySeattleChildren’s will no longer be active. If you have a MySeattleChildren’s account and want to save any records from it before it goes offline, you can:
- Log into your account and save your files.
- Submit a request to Health Information Integrity.
MySeattleChildrens and MyChart are not for emergencies. If your child is experiencing a healthcare emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
