Recording Available for Childhood Leukemia 101

On September 18, Seattle Children’s Physician Relations team hosted a CME II event with Dr. Amy Tellinghuisen presenting on childhood leukemia and the recording is now available. Talk objectives include reviewing the types of leukemia seen in childhood and general epidemiology, recognizing the clinical presentation childhood leukemia and identify “red flag” features, outlining the diagnostic evaluation for suspected leukemia, identify oncologic emergencies that can be present in newly diagnosed leukemia, and describing general treatment strategies and late effects caused by treatment.
