Now Recruiting Teens for Research Study About Sleep, Stress and Pain
July 3, 2024
Seattle Children’s is now enrolling female adolescents ages 14 to 18 who do not have a history of chronic pain to participate in the SPACE-XL (Sleep, Pain and Cardiac Evaluation) Study. We are specifically recruiting healthy female adolescents. The goal is to compare sleep, pain and stress between healthy adolescents and adolescents with chronic abdominal pain. Participants complete online questionnaires and wear a watch-like device to measure sleep. They are invited to two lab visits that involve pressure, cold and heat sensation tasks. Share the study flyer with your patients or call 206-884-6312 for more information.
