Updated Depression (FAST-D) Snapshot for Families

The two-page education handout on depression for caregivers and teens has a new, easier-to-read format. Share this Depression Help for Teens and Caregivers Snapshot with families to help them learn about depression, how to help their child and what teens can do to feel better. Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese translations are also updated.

On Tuesday, May 12, ParentEd Talks features Andrea Davis, educator and founder of Better Screen Time, to discuss choosing the slow-tech path, strengthening family connection and raising confident, well-adjusted kids.
