eConsult and Provider-to-Provider Line Updates and Reminders
Update: Successful eConsult Go-Live
We are pleased to share we had a successful launch of eConsults on March 27. After more than a year of hard work, our Dermatology, Endocrinology and Neurology teams are excited to be able to offer this additional resource to community providers and their patients.
Reminder: Provider-to-Provider Line Pilot for Endocrinology Starts April 5
We want to remind our community providers that beginning April 5, Endocrinology will no longer take non-urgent Provider-to-Provider Line calls from providers within the state of Washington. Please see this tool for details on the resources and tools we have to support our community providers.
Announcement: Next eConsult Wave Expected in May for 4 Additional Service Lines
Now that Wave 1 is complete, we are working toward Wave 2 go-live, which will include Adolescent Medicine, Gender Clinic, Infectious Disease, and Gastroenterology. We anticipate Wave 2 go-live to take place on May 22 and will share additional detail in our May issue of Provider News.
Reminder: EpicCare Link Required for eConsults
As we continue to expand access to eConsults, we want to remind our community partners that EpicCare Link is required to submit an eConsult. Please find more information on our Healthcare Professionals page for EpicCare Link and eConsults.
