Advisory and Oversight Committee

The MOC Advisory and Oversight Committee meets monthly to review, provide feedback, and approve new project applications, help align and prioritize QI activities across the organization and community and provide any additional recommendations to the MOC program’s leaders.

QI Coaches

Our Quality Improvement (QI) Coaches bring diverse expertise in QI, including QI education, leadership, and research. Our QI Coaches support MOC Project Leaders and teams to:

  • Develop impactful and meaningful QI projects
  • Obtain, display, and evaluate process and outcome measures
  • Identify and mitigate barriers to improvement
  • Learn and apply QI skills
  • Create scholarly work when applicable
