Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship

Welcome to the Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship! Our mission is to provide board-certified physician assistants (PAs) who wish to specialize in neonatology, as well as new graduate neonatal nurse practitioners (NNPs), further support, education, training and skills they need to become successful and confident neonatal advanced practice providers. We also have structure and programs to provide important support for mentors. Our program was developed and is administered in all aspects of interviewing practices, hiring, mentoring, evaluation, communication, interdisciplinary work and improvement consistent with the values of Seattle Children's, including Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Equity and Innovation.
