About SCCN
Collaborating to Improve Child Health in a Changing Environment
Locally and nationally, the healthcare delivery and reimbursement paradigm is shifting to reward quality of care over volume of care. Primary care providers, specialists and hospitals will need to work together to make the transition successfully. This means collaborating to improve integration, coordination, quality, safety and efficiency — all with the aim of better outcomes for our patients. The SCCN is a pediatric organized system of care that is a collaboration between physicians, other providers and administrators who share a commitment for the quality, cost and patient experience across the care continuum.
Our mission is to be the best manager of pediatric lives in the Pacific Northwest with superior clinical outcomes and exceptional patient and provider experience while decreasing cost trends.
