Class Description
In the virtual Finding Mental Healthcare in Washington State: A Class on Where to Start, family advocate case managers from Seattle Children’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Program share key information and best practices to help you understand and navigate the mental health resources in the community.
Please note, this class discusses how to access resources in the community, not at Seattle Children’s.

The class is made up of 8 videos that you can watch at your own pace. It’s best to watch the videos in order, as they build on each other. All videos are between 3 and 5 minutes long.
