Mobile Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 19, 2025
Seattle Children’s Foundation and Guild Association
Seattle Children’s Foundation (the “Foundation”) and the Seattle Children’s Guild Association (“Guild”) (collectively, “Seattle Children’s,” “We,” or “Us”) offers a texting program that allows users, upon their voluntary opt-in, to receive SMS/MMS mobile alerts, information, promotions, marketing material, and charitable giving/donation opportunities from or on behalf of Seattle Children’s (the “Texting Program”).
By voluntarily opting into the Texting Program, you agree: (a) that you are over the age of 13; and (b) to receive periodic SMS/MMS text messages from Seattle Children’s, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided during your voluntary opt-in to the Texting Program. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Opt-in by web or text HOPE, CARE, CURE, or CHILDRENS to 62956. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
You are solely responsible for all charges related to messages, including charges from your telephone provider. Seattle Children’s, its service providers, and the supported carriers (identified below) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency will vary and we reserve the right to adjust the frequency of messages sent at any time. Some mobile carriers may not be able to support the Texting Program and supported carriers may change from time to time.
STOP Information
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Texting Program at any time, or no longer agree to these terms, you must text “STOP” to 62956 to stop receiving messages related to the Texting Program from Seattle Children’s (you will receive a confirmation text confirming your decision to opt out, as well as instructions on how to rejoin the Texting Program). You agree that you are subject to this Policy when you resubscribe to the Texting Program.

If you are experiencing any problems with the Texting Program, or would like to request additional information regarding the Texting Program, text “HELP” to 62956 or contact 206-987-2000 or [email protected].
