Request Event and Project Supplies

We keep an inventory of supplies on hand to support guild fundraising efforts. These items are available on a first-come, first served basis.

We ask that you submit your request at least two weeks before your event so we can plan accordingly.

For items that are to be returned following your event, we ask that you return these supplies on the Monday following your event.

Items will be available for pickup at the reception desk of the Foundation and Guild Association. At the time of pickup, you will be asked to sign for your supplies and a copy of the supplies will be provided to you. In some cases, small items may be mailed to guilds outside the Seattle area.

All items with * must be returned.
