"As a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician and hospitalist, I have special interest in complex patients with conditions that started in childhood as they transition from pediatric-centered to adult-centered medical systems. In addition to attending on the Seattle Children's Medically Complex Child Service, I also attend at University of Washington Medical Center caring for adults and run a consultative clinic for young adults with medical complexity who are moving to adult-centered care. Helping patients, families and providers on both the pediatric to adult side care for these complex patients is challenging and rewarding."
