Credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ; M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling
With over 7 years of experience, Shaena helps children, teens, young adults and their families navigate life’s experiences. Drawing from an eclectic mix of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, Shaena provides support for individuals experiencing a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety other social-emotional concerns. She has additional training and interest in treating suicidal ideation/self-harm, trauma and eating disorders. Shaena utilizes a culturally humble, trauma informed lens to meet youth and their families where they are and provide compassionate support. When she isn’t working, Shaena enjoys baking breads, spending time with friends and traveling.
