Dr Barrois was warm and relaxed, a great listener, and very attentive. She put my son at ease and made our (long) first appointment go very smoothly. She's worth the almost 2-year wait!

When we found Dr. Barrois, our tween daughter was having a lot of problems with OCD. Dr. Barrois helped her develop strategies to counteract the OCD, and it made a tremendous difference. As parents, we now have new tools to help our daughter. I strongly recommend Dr. Barrois!

Dr. Barrois has helped our 12 year-old son in his struggle with a social anxiety disorder. We have watched him grow, in less than a year, into a confident and happy young man who now is able to look people in the eye, knows how to make new friends and can start up a new conversation with people. He also has learned how to recognize when he's starting to feel anxious and troubleshoot towards better behavior choices. We are very grateful to her and her kind, compassionate and yet, professional way about her. I highly recommend her if you have a child who is struggling through anxiety.
