  • Biography

    Demet Toprak MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine and an attending physician at Seattle Children's Hospital. She earned her MD from Istanbul University School of Medicine in Turkey and completed her residency training in Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Disease Fellowship in Marmara University School of Medicine in Istanbul, Turkey. After immigrating to the United States, she repeated a Pediatrics Residency at Tulane- Ochsner Combined Program in Louisiana. Thereafter, she completed her Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship training at Harvard Medical School Boston Children’s Hospital before joining Pulmonary Division at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
