From the moment Carine Cattier walked into the room both my 3.5yr old son, his grandpa and I felt at ease. She had a joyful and playful demeanor that made the process of exam simple and easy for my boy. Her bedside manners were wonderful. We felt seen, listened to and cared for. She presented our options, got us further information by getting an X-ray and we were able to meet the surgeon all in one visit. Overall, the whole experience at the Bellevue location was seamless, comfortable and informative. Carine Cattier was a big part of making it so successful. Would recommend her 10/10. We now feel confident with our decision to move forward with surgery and feel our boy is in safe and caring hands.
