    Anya is a passionate Community CARE Navigator dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical medicine and the complex, everyday realities families face in her community. Rooted in South Seattle, Anya’s professional case management practice is profoundly shaped by the resilience she has built overcoming the impacts of gun violence, substance abuse and mental health crises within her personal life and community.

    In addition to her navigator role, Anya is deeply invested in local engagement; she loves attending community events and serving as a Growth Group Facilitator for Sickle Cell Warriors.

    These collective experiences equip Anya with a uniquely authentic lens, allowing her to deliver deeply empathetic, trauma-informed care that goes far beyond standard coordination. As an advocate for families facing systemic barriers, she is committed to ensuring that every patient feels truly seen, heard and supported.
